I’ve now worked directly with Inexa for 5 years. We’ve developed a partnership built on trust and understanding. They have made it their business to understand our culture and how we operate, as a result they have been able to identify the right calibre and profile of candidates specifically for our business. This depth of understanding and alignment in my experience is rare and has resulted in Inexa placing all but one member of the sites senior leadership team. It genuinely feels like we’ve built the team together. The service Inexa provide is first class, communication is clear and easy, deadlines are always adhered to and any problems worked through collaboratively.
