Our founder

Charlie Hempsall created Inexa in 2019 from a belief that people drive progress in the food & beverage industry.Hiring has traditionally been seen as a cost, but Charlie saw that the most successful businesses treat their talent strategy as an asset to invest in.

Charlie realised that these businesses needed more than just a hiring provider. They needed a partner in progress, an expert who could help them drive growth through talent.

Charlie created the ‘TalEx’ concept to define this approach, with Inexa helping the most ambitious food & beverage manufacturers achieve their goals.
